(1) Purchasing shares in our subsidiary Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Ltd, which is listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE);
(2) Purchasing shares in our subsidiary Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe Ltd, which is listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE);
